The MaGIC Data Commons, which integrates clinical, biologic and genomic data, serves as the backbone of MaGIC research.  This federated database facilitates research by MaGIC members, allowing for cohort discovery and preliminary analyses. The Data Commons is developed in collaboration with the Center for Research Informatics at the University of Chicago, and is part of the larger Pediatric Cancer Data Commons (PCDC) which is working with international leaders in pediatric cancers and the National Cancer Institute to develop and apply uniform data standards that facilitate the collection, combination, and analysis of data from many different sources.
